Comstice Mobile Agent is a call center agent app for Cisco Finesse for UCCE, PCCE, UCCX, Avaya AES and Genesys PureConnect. It helps users to login as call center agents, set themselves available / ready and receive customer calls from their mobile phone line.

Comstice Mobile Agent helps call center agents to switch between desktop and mobile easily as well as lets other employees and partners to join the customer journey as call center agents. Field engineers, sales executives, insurance brokers, lawyers, medical doctors and nurses, public service employees can login as a call center agent and start taking calls through their mobile GSM line.

Comstice Mobile Agent helps to get full call center reporting, compliance voice recording as well as ability to shield agents phone number, ability to set their presence (break, lunch, driving to customer etc.). It can pick the agents based on their live geo-location and many other features.

Comstice Mobile Agent does not require any mobile VPN solution. It communicates with call centers via Comstice Mobility Server. Businesses can host Comstice Mobility Server on their network DMZ or their cloud service.
